al8300-0010-0xxx

The AL8300-0010-0xxx scale tape is the counterpart to the inductive scanning head of the OCT solution for the AL8000 and AL8100 linear motors. It is available up to a maximum length of 8 m and corresponds to an accuracy class of ±10 µm. During assembly, the scale tape is glued to the AL8321/AL8361 rail. Use of the rail accounts for the air gap of the linear encoder. If necessary, the adjustment mechanism on the primary part can be used for final alignment. In this process, the user is also supported by a continuous evaluation rating of the signal quality of the linear encoder. This allows the signal quality of the encoder to be evaluated at any position and at any time.
