TwinCAT 3 Power Technologies provides software modules for programming in-depth diagnostics in electrical power measurement based on the EL37x3. In addition, the same standardized interface as the one in TF8330 TwinCAT 3 Power Collector is available. Real-time optimized calculations of the effective values, frequency, harmonics, distortions etc. are delivered continuously in a 1 ms cycle. Advanced frequency determination methods and an instant Clarke/Park transform are included. TwinCAT 3 Power Technologies can be used in combination with the EL3783 and the EL6689 to implement a phasor measurement unit that provides time-synchronous and precise phase measurement in distribution and supply networks in accordance with IEC 60255-118-1.
