With the TwinCAT 3 GigE Vision Connector, you can integrate GigE Vision cameras directly into the TwinCAT architecture. TF700x is also GigE Vision certified. The cameras are configured in the same development environment as fieldbus components or axes, without any third-party software. Image capture and PLC or motion control are triggered from real time and can be operated in a highly synchronized way. The configuration is carried out entirely in TwinCAT Engineering. Assistants are available for setting the camera parameters and for calibration and simulation. Images stored on a drive can be read and made available for real-time processing via the source control file. The programming of image processing tasks can be prepared and tested offline in advance. TF7000 TwinCAT 3 GigE Vision Connector Base provides the basis for communication and features two camera connections. Optional packages are available for two, four or eight additional cameras.
