The AL806B linear servomotor is suitable for highly dynamic and powerful linear axes with a pole pair distance of 24 mm. The optimized product design and the modular coil concept enable maximum force density in the smallest mounting space. The length of the primary part is 590 mm. The AL806B attains a maximum velocity of 3 m/s with a peak force Fmax of 4950 N. Cooling is by water.   Symmetrical and flexible motor design The AL8000 linear motors have a symmetrical drilling pattern that simplifies the construction and allows a universal machine design. In addition, critical hotspots are avoided by enabling the even contact of the linear motor with the machine slides.   High force density The modular coil concept allows a flexible and very compact design of the linear motor. The space-saving linear motors from the AL8000 series feature high peak forces despite their compact design and thus offer optimum force density.   Made in Germany Both the development and the production of the AL8000 take place in Germany. Due to its many years of experience in drive technology, Beckhoff guarantees a high product quality for durable and reliable applications.   Reduced cabling effort The AL8000s combine the thermal protection contact and the power supply in just one cable. Through this combination, not only is the cabling work reduced, but assembly time is also saved. The same cable is used with the AL8000 as with the AM8000 rotary servomotors, i.e. the same cables can be used for both motor types. This considerably simplifies materials planning and stock keeping.
